3DReid, Graeme Nicholls Architects and re-form landscape architecture have submitted plans on behalf of Summix Capital for a mixed-use development comprising residential, purpose-built student accommodation, and commercial uses, with associated landscaping and public realm on a brownfield site at Central Quay, Glasgow. The proposals will deliver a major urban regeneration project.

Drum Property Group has released spectacular aerial photography of its G3 Square development in Finnieston, Glasgow, following the completion of the final phase of construction. The drone images show G3 Square’s proximity to the neighbouring SSE Hydro, Scottish Event Campus and the SWG3 entertainment venues – as well as being a short walk to a variety of fashionable bars, restaurants and boutique shops.
