Hill Street

The first phase of this bold and striking landmark project on a highly visible and high profile site consists of three apartment blocks of different height forCharing Cross Housing Association tenants. A further two towers are currently on site for developer Ogilvie Homes.

The development offers a range of accommodation ranging from one to four bedroom flats all designed for barrier-free access. The design of the scheme, which includes large bay windows, maximises the opportunity afforded by the superb views across the city and provides residents with a unique modern, well specified and almost car free living environment.
