Robin House: image sep05 Gareth Hoskins Architects' competition winning design is the first major planning application in the new national park at Loch Lomond. Despite the design having been commended by bodies such as The Royal Fine Arts Commission, the new Park Authority's Planning advisor recommended the project for refusal on site and policy issues. CHAS's second children's hospice for Scotland, Robin House in Balloch near Loch Lomond, will be open to children with life-limiting / terminal conditions and their families in autumn 2004.
