New Centre for the Built Environment policy for seminar administration:
Due to a number of last minute cancellations by delegates in the past, CBE is now operating a new administrative system:
To cover the costs of the venue hire and catering, CBE will send an invoice for £30 per delegate on receipt of a booking.
In event of cancellation by Centre for the Built Environment, a full refund will be made available.
In event of delegate cancellation, an administrative fee of £15 will be charged for up to a week before the event – there will be no refund after this point.
It is now possible for your organisation to make a block booking for built environment seminars. 10 bookings will cost just £200. These can be redeemed in any combination against any seminar. There will be no refunds for organisations taking up the ‘Autumn Series Offer’ of 10 delegate places for built environment seminars at a cost of £200
