Associate/Senior Project Architect – Edinburgh
Opportunity for office creation, direction and development

Our client is a highly respected architecture, engineering and planning firm dedicated to innovative design.

They specialise in highly-complex and high technology buildings, and are looking for a Senior Project Architect to take the lead on a high value project in Edinburgh.

Candidates will have already gained high value (£20-£30 million) project experience and will ideally have a background in highly serviced or complex buildings.

You will be extremely confident and able to communicate at the highest level. Applicants must have excellent client facing skills and be able to deal effectively with external clients, such as planners, project managers etc.

Our client will support you wholly in this role, with excellent IT and communication to the rest of the group. They have a number of other commissions in Scotland and are looking for the right person to potentially develop and grow the office and take the lead on these projects.

This opportunity would suit an Associate/Senior Architect or Senior Associate who has perhaps reached a plateau in their current practice, and is looking for a real opportunity to take charge and develop an office with the backing of a global company. Architect – Edinburgh – Salary to £38k + benefits (Depending on Exp)
An Architect is required for a medium sized, established Architects practice who specialise in Hotel, Leisure and Commercial projects. Current workload includes a major refurbishment of a 5 star listed hotel, a large new build hotel with full conference, dining and bar facilities and the revolutionary design of a sustainable housing development.
The post would suit someone with excellent design and presentation skills and a good technical grounding who is capable of holding their own onsite.

Architectural Assistant – Edinburgh – Hourly rate £11 - £18ph (Depending on Exp)
Our client is an international firm of architects with offices throughout the UK, Asia, the Middle East and North America.
They currently have an urgent requirement for an experienced Architectural Assistant to work on a contract basis. Ideally you will have at least a year’s experience gained in an office. Working as part of a team on an Educational project you will use your fast and accurate AutoCad skills to produce drawings.
An immediate start would be ideal.
