Architectural Technicians must have gained between 5 - 10 years of experience, and you will have excellent knowledge of building regulations. The company will consider candidates from all backgrounds as long as you have the drive to succeed and the commitment to seeing projects through, ideally you will also have gained some experience of job running. Candidates should have gained significant work experience in a variety of market sectors, and preferably have a commercial bias.

You will be commercially aware and have a sound technical knowledge, strong communications skills are also key to the role as you will be liaising with clients both internal and external. Candidates must be able to work with the minimum of supervision, and work on their own initiative. All applicants must have good CAD skills.

They are looking for a Part II assistant or a newly qualified Architect with around 3 years experience of being in an architectural practice as a minimum.

You will have gained experience of seeing a job right through to completion and have the ability to deal with Planning, Building Control and Contractors.

You do not need to know the statutory authorities well but understand what is required to deal with these stages of a project. Candidates must have enthusiasm, good CAD ability and design skills, and you must be able to work independently on the day to day tasks of a project.

You will be overseen by Senior Architects so that over time you will have developed your skills and be able to stand on your own and have the ability run projects.
