Planning submission by Buccleuch Property to transform Intercity House in Oswald Street into 71,000sq ft of office & retail space in a £25m nine-storey development approved by Glasgow City Council. Work to begin Jan 2008 on Evolution, the largest speculative office development scheduled to start in Glasgow next year.
