For developer's Taylor Wimpey it is the fifth phase in the redevelopment of Cadogan Square. They are developing this phase in partnership with Kenmore. The plans have two main components. An office building of 9,141m2 (98,394 sq ft) with 37 car parking spaces to the east half of the site and 122 apartments running from the commercial building and returning into Oak Street. Cost The project will have an end value in excess of £50 million. Current status Construction is in progress. Timescale Started in summer 2006. Completion due autumn 2008.
