Cuprum is a mixed use development on Argyle Street between Oak Street and Cadzow Street. For developer’s Taylor Wimpey it is the fifth phase in the redevelopment of Cadogan Square. They are developing this phase in partnership with Kenmore.

The plans have two main components. An office building of 9,141m2 (98,394 sq ft) with 37 car parking spaces to the east half of the site and 122 apartments running from the commercial building and returning into Oak Street.
