Jan 2008 Botanic Gardens Garage Site - Redevelopment Planning submission by Keppie for Arnold Clark Automobiles Demolition of Botanic Gardens Garage building Erection of 35 flats, 4 mews properties, retail development, restaurant Location: 24 Vinicombe Street, Hillhead, Glasgow Architect: Keppie Planning And Urban Design Ltd Four-storey building Arnold Clark withdrew their application to demolish the garage following a campaign against it in 2007. A re-application may still go ahead, with façade retention.
