Luxury Scottish five-star resort, Cameron House, has released a glimpse of the stunning new hotel ahead of its Monday, 20th September 2021 reopening.

The latest walkthrough video and imagery showcases the hotel’s magnificent new grand foyer, the library complete with signature Timorous Beastie’s wallpaper, and the brand-new Lobby Bar featuring a grand marble-top bar that will serve the finest champagnes, cocktails and afternoon teas. The walkthrough also includes a glimpse of the hotel’s beautifully designed Auld House Suites and sweeping views over Loch Lomond.

Ideally situated in the heart of the Loch Lomond & Trossachs National Park, Cameron House Hotel will offer 140 guest bedrooms, including 24 luxury suites, that have been individually designed with exceptional attention to detail to ensure a truly memorable stay.

New features include the splendidly intimate lobby bar, serving cocktails, champagne and Cameron House’s Signature Afternoon Tea. In addition, the completely remodelled Cameron Leisure Club and The Tavern Bar. The wider Cameron House Resort is also home to an award-winning spa complete with a rooftop infinity pool, an 18-hole championship golf course, and a 234-berth marina. With 400 acres of majestic countryside on its doorstep, Cameron House also boasts breathtaking 360-degree views of the Scottish landscape. The main hotel building dates back to the 17th century. This former baronial mansion is now fondly known as The Auld House and will be home to 14 exquisite suites complete with furnishings and designs influenced by Glasgow-based Timorous Beasties as well as enhanced luxurious touches including cashmere throws by Scotland’s second oldest family business, Johnstons of Elgin. Luxury Loch Lomond Spa Hotel Reopening

Cameron House Hotel will reopen on 20th September 2021 following a sensitive restoration project that will also see the return of the popular Cameron Grill restaurant and the Great Scots Bar and Terrace, as well as a brand-new leisure club.

New attractions include the tavern, which is home to hearty cuisine and the splendidly intimate the lobby bar, serving champagne and afternoon teas. The wider Cameron House Resort is also home to an award-winning spa complete with a rooftop infinity pool, an 18-hole championship golf course, and a 234-berth marina. Guests will also be able to enjoy a range of activities, including jet and water skiing, paddleboarding, kayaking, mountain bikes, 4×4 off-road driving, Segway trips and clay pigeon shooting. A 35-seater cinema is also amidst the new attractions, but is currently in the planning stages, more information will be shared upon completion.

The resort is also currently undergoing a multi-million-pound extension, which will include a brand-new ballroom with capacity for 400 guests and an additional 68 luxurious bedrooms, bringing the resort’s total offering to 208 bedrooms, including 30 suites that will be completed and open to guests in early 2022.

During the renovation of the building, Cameron House Resort has invested significantly in a new modern steel construction that provides a high level of protection including strictly compartmentalised floors, as well as a comprehensive range of fire safety measures. While redesigning and reconstructing the hotel the developers have taken every possible measure to ensure the safety of the entire development including the existing bedroom wings being fitted with a modern fire suppression ‘water mist’ system.
