Pine Lodge is located within the conservation village of Dullatur, on the north east outskirts of Glasgow. Our client approached us, in the first instance, to design a new 2 storey extension that would double the existing accommodation and generally, improve their quality of life (the existing property was cramped and of poor construction). In addition to this we were to provide proposals for an extension to the existing double garage that could accommodate a pottery studio. The resulting solution has created enhanced living spaces, dining area and master bedroom suite. Essentially, the image of the of the house has been completely recomposed.
