Hand Drawn
Architect Alan Dunlop, quoted in Evening Times re RSA Gold Medal for SWCHC Headquarters, said: "I'm particularly pleased a project in Glasgow is getting this honour. The city is producing cutting-edge contemporary architecture at the moment which is reflecting well on Scotland internationally...I'm also delighted our work on show is hand drawn...I'm wary of ultra real Photoshop imagery used by many architects these days and it's good to see a recognition of craft." Professor Bill Scott, president of the RSA, said the building was in a league of its own. He added: "The committee was highly impressed with the nature of the submission free hand drawing, executed to a high standard of artistic skill and merit, exploring the building's relationship to the landscape."

Gareth Hoskins, ‘Scotland's Healthcare Design Champion’, said: "This document includes case studies of two projects where a design led process has brought real value and opportunity to the commissioning health authority.
