Scotland's Executive will be introducing a mandatory information pack for property sales in Scotland, the details vary slightly from the England & Wales version and will be known as the Single Survey Scheme or Purchasers Information Pack (PIP). The introduction of Home Information Packs - and their included Energy Performance Certificates - will now be phased in from 1 August, rather than applied nationally from 1 June but details for Scotland awaited
