The study, commissioned by the Scottish Executive, reviewed over 100 research reports compiled over the past decade by world-leading academics and professional architectural institutions from the UK, Europe, Canada and New Zealand. The main findings highlighted the economic and health benefits associated with well designed buildings. Significant social and environmental benefits were also identified. The study was conducted by leading research consultants, Morris Hargreaves McIntyre.
