IVG & HBG Properties invited property agents to compete in the 'virtual' demolition of Apsley House, 29 Wellington St, Glasgow. In reality it will make way for a new 75,000 sqft £35m Grade A office development. Demolition of the current Apsley House started in October, due to complete Dec 2007. Planning application submitted Jan 2007
