The world’s most prestigious architectural showcase has invited Scotland

North Lanarkshire PPP - 24 schools
Engineering and construction group Balfour Beatty PLC has announced that it has won preferred bidder status for a public-private partnership schools project in North Lanarkshire. The contract is for the construction and maintenance of 24 scottish schools with a capital cost of about £140m and is likely to yield up to £100m of long-term service revenue, the company said. Balfour Beatty will invest £7m of equity in the project
