Super Hospital
”However, local politicians and health councils voiced concerns about changing the Southern General, in Govan, into a new “super hospital” with 1,400 beds rather than the current 700. Instead, they have argued, a new hospital should be built in a more central location on the city’s south side, making it more accessible to patients and emergency services".
