On behalf of Logangate Ltd, Cooper Cromar have secured detailed planning consent for the redevelopment of the site located on the corner of North Street and Kent Road immediately adjacent to the Mitchell Library, and which currently comprises the Café India restaurant and the former Avis Car Rental building.

The scheme comprises 10,000sq.ft of commercial space at ground floor level, 47 flats arranged over 6 floors and 4 penthouse units. A basement car park has also been provided.
