Planning submission by Buccleuch Property to transform Intercity House in Oswald Street into 71,000 sqft of office & retail space in a £25m nine-storey development approved by Glasgow City Council.

Work to begin Jan 2008 on Evolution, the largest speculative office development scheduled to start in Glasgow next year.

Mosaic Architecture + Design, one of Scotland’s most experienced practices, has secured Glasgow City Council planning approval to build an £18m Holiday Inn Pacific Quay hotel on the site of the former Glasgow Garden Festival.
