Set in the much sought after cultural district, the site is currently the headquarters for Scottish Media Group, which will be moving to Pacific Quay adjacent to South Rotunda on the banks of the River Clyde. The proposed development from Scotia has been designed by leading Glasgow architects Cooper Cromar and includes 314 luxury studios, one, two and three bedroom apartments, 1,438 square metres of retail space and 239 underground parking spaces.
