Recognising the major regeneration work that has been achieved at City Park, the British Council for Offices awarded the Scottish Refurbished/Recycled Workplace award; the British Urban Regeneration Association chose City Park for its UK Best Practice in Regeneration award; and Scottish Property Executive selected it for the Regeneration Award for Excellence. Earlier this year, City Park also received the Commercial Development of the Year award at the Scottish Property Week Awards.
